CoTU Extends Ongoing Total Shutdown in Kangpokpi by 48 Hours

The Committee on Tribal Unity (CoTU), Sadar Hills, has extended the ongoing total shutdown in Manipur's Kangpokpi district by another 48 hours. Markets, offices, educational institutions and public transport will remain closed until 5 pm on November 6, with no exemptions.
